I am pleased to write this review for Exact Construction and Restoration when 70% of the work is done to restore our upstairs bathroom after it leaked.  So far, the work has been of good quality and the Exact staff has been very customer caring and responsive.  Mike Flicker, the Project Manager is very good in planning with the Exact staff or with the sub-contractor staff like Plumbers, Marble company.  Mike is always available to take any questions and he co-ordinated with me very well.

The quality of work done by the Plumber, Marble staff has been done with perfection to avoid any leaks and they also explained to me the work procedures to give me confidence.

The supplementary work like breaking floor, breaking wall tiles, wood work etc. were done by these 4 staff coming in a team of two and they have been very customer caring, humble, and focused on doing a good job.  Thanks Much Craig Lindblom, Frank Fritz, Roman Sprouse, and Tony Vaitafa.

I shall write a more comprehensive review after the work is completed.

Exact Construction provided a reconstruction estimate for my water damaged home.  Krystal and Lucas were very professional, very detailed in their due diligence and punctual with their deliverables. I hired Exact because of Krystal, the estimator, and everyone else was wonderful.  Hector, the superintendent was over the top great.  Super communication and answered my phone calls. Ryan, Roman n Mike. The. BEST guys ever!!  I had a dishwasher leak that ruined my cabinet. The first company took forever n decided they couldn’t match the cabinet to the rest of the cabinets because they were too old And all the cabinets would need to b replaced. . Between them n insurance we argued back n forth that the whole kitchen cabinets didn’t need replacing. Just the one was fine. Long story short, 6 months later , I called Exact Construction and within 2 WEEKS n 1 DAY the entire project/ cabinet was replaced n DONE . No it’s not a complete match but no one would b able to tell it looks beautiful. Ryan was very knowledgeable. Roman n Mike,we’re the same. And very nice. Easy to talk to n all explained everything so I could understand. I would RECOMMEND them to anyone. I forgot one, Krystal was the first one I talked to. Same goes for here. We had water damage in our bathroom and Exact was fantastic with dealing with insurance, guiding us in what we needed to do for repairs, and went above and beyond. They were responsive when we had concerns. Austin and the tile guy (Vincent? It's been several months now) did amazing work and are such hard workers. When we called for minor repairs due to heat expansion they responded in a timely manner and Mike was quick to fix everything and very respectful.
